Maria helped me purchase my first investment property in the USA. Since I knew very little of the US market, I needed a professional person who had a creative approach and would make the market more transparent. Maria has very extensive local knowledge and with her creative insight suggested ideas that I had not yet considered. Once the decision was made in which market segment to invest into, the process of finding properties was expertly handled and I found exactly what I was looking for during a fact finding visit.
